Day 1 – Southern Lagoons and the Dalí Desert: Pick-up from your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama and private transfer to the Hito Cajón border crossing. After completing immigration procedures, change to a private 4x4 vehicle and begin the journey through the Bolivian Altiplano. Visit Laguna Blanca, Laguna Verde, the Dalí Desert and the Polques hot springs, where an optional bath is possible. After a picnic-style lunch, continue to the Sol de Mañana geysers, Laguna Colorada, the Stone Tree and the formations of the Siloli Desert. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Jardines de Uyuni.
Day 2 – The Great Uyuni Salt Flats: After breakfast, travel toward the Uyuni Salt Flats. Visit the community of Colchani and its traditional salt-processing center, the giant salt sculptures and the Flags Square. Enjoy a specially prepared lunch in the middle of the salt flats, with a complete table and shade setup. Continue to the Playa Blanca Salt Hotel Museum. Finish the day with sunset cocktails and appetizers. Dinner and overnight stay at Palacio de Sal Hotel.
Day 3 – Andean Culture and Desert Landscapes: After breakfast, begin the journey southwest. Stop in the village of San Cristóbal and visit the Train Cemetery, the Valley of Rocks and the community of Villamar. Lunch will be a traditional experience at Doña Nancy’s home in Alota. During the afternoon, continue through the landscapes of the Dalí Desert and Laguna Capina. Dinner and overnight stay at Mallku Cueva Hotel.
Day 4 – Return to San Pedro de Atacama: After an early breakfast, depart toward the Hito Cajón border. Once immigration procedures have been completed, continue by private transportation to San Pedro de Atacama, arriving approximately between 12:00 and 13:30.

Recommendations for your trip

Bring your valid passport and any immigration documents required for entering Bolivia, including your PDI or Chilean immigration document when applicable. Each passenger is responsible for verifying the entry requirements applicable to their nationality and immigration status. Carry at least 400 Bolivianos in cash for park entrance fees and personal expenses. Bring 4–5 liters of water per person, personal snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, warm layered clothing, gloves and a swimsuit for the Polques hot springs. We recommend traveling with a small or medium-sized bag due to the limited luggage capacity of the 4x4 vehicle.
