This semi-private afternoon tour, with a maximum of 8 travelers, takes you to Vallecito, one of the quietest and most photogenic areas of the Salt Mountain Range. We leave from San Pedro and explore dunes, open desert landscapes and selenite-covered formations that shine under the sun. The walk is gentle and ideal for photography, nature and silence. At sunset, we enjoy a relaxed cocktail with snacks and drinks while the colors of the desert change over the Cordillera de la Sal. Return to San Pedro after sunset. No entrance fee is currently required for this tour.

Itinerary
Departure from San Pedro: Afternoon pick-up from your accommodation in San Pedro and transfer to Vallecito, located in the Salt Mountain Range. Guided Walk through Vallecito: Walk among dunes and selenite-covered rocks while learning about the geological formation of the Salt Mountain Range. Sunset & Cocktail: Enjoy a panoramic sunset over the desert with a cocktail of cheeses, snacks, and drinks shared among the small group. Return to San Pedro: Return to San Pedro de Atacama at dusk after enjoying the peaceful desert landscape.
