We will pick you up at your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama and travel toward Puritama Hot Springs, located in an Andean canyon at approximately 3,200 meters above sea level. Its warm geothermal waters feed a series of natural pools surrounded by native vegetation, walkways and mountain landscapes. Upon arrival, you will have free time to bathe, relax and enjoy the thermal pools at your own pace before returning to San Pedro. Bathrobes and towels are not included in the shared version, so each passenger must bring their own towel. Entrance fee is not included when booking directly through the website; if you request a quote through our bot or with a Molantur travel advisor, the entrance fee is included in the final quote and managed by Molantur.

Itinerary
Afternoon Transfer to Puritama: Afternoon pick-up from your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama, followed by a shared transfer through Andean landscapes toward Puritama Hot Springs. Free Time in the Thermal Pools: Enjoy free time to bathe and relax in the natural geothermal pools, surrounded by native vegetation and the quiet atmosphere of the Andean canyon. Return to San Pedro: After your time in the thermal pools, meet the driver at the agreed point for the shared return to San Pedro de Atacama.
Recommendations for your trip
Bring a swimsuit, towel, sandals or water shoes, a change of clothes and a warm layer for after leaving the pools. Also bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, water and a small padlock for the lockers. Bathrobes and towels are not included in the shared service.

Are bathrobes and towels included?
No. Bathrobes and towels are not included in the shared version, so each passenger must bring their own towel. Bathrobes are included only in the semi-private and private versions.
Is the Puritama Hot Springs tour physically demanding?
The physical difficulty is low. Access to the pools is through walkways and stairs, but the experience mainly consists of free time to bathe and relax. The hot springs are located at approximately 3,200 meters above sea level.
